Marcie joined Greycroft in 2023 and is based in San Francisco. She focuses on software investments. Prior to Greycroft, Marcie was a Partner at Qatalyst, where she helped build the Consumer Tech M&A Group and advised on strategic M&A transactions including the sales of LinkedIn to Microsoft, Honey to PayPal, OpenTable to Booking Group, Orbitz to Expedia and Glassdoor to Recruit. Prior to Qatalyst, Marcie was Head of Consumer Internet Banking at Morgan Stanley where she helped build that team and led some of the most significant IPOs, including Alibaba.com, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Pandora, and Zynga. Additionally, Marcie has served as an independent board director for both private and public growth companies, including thredUP, Scopely, and Blockchain.com. Marcie holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management of Northwestern University.
