Dylan Pearce

Dylan joined Greycroft in 2014. He focuses on software and internet companies.

His select investments include Axios (acquired by Cox Enterprise), Axios HQ, Character AI, Fabric, Gorgias, JOKR, Lightricks, Pika, Raisin, Rocket.Chat, Segment (acquired by Twilio), Semrush (Public), Together AI, and Yeahka (Public).

Dylan’s independent public company Board experience includes Semrush. Additionally, he was the Compensation Committee Chairperson and a member of the Audit Committee. Furthermore, he is the cohost of AI HQ an Axios HQ original program.

Prior to Greycroft, Dylan worked at Morgan Stanley, M/C Partners, and Polaris Partners. Dylan’s investment and board experience prior to Greycroft include AccentHealth (acquired by Outcome Health), Baja Broadband (acquired by TDS Telecom), CoreLink Data Centers (acquired by Zayo Group), and TRG (acquired by Priory Solutions).

Dylan holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS from the University of Southern California.
